LasCassas, Tennessee: This is a 22-year-old male who presents to the San Francisco office with adolescent gynecomastia. He has lost approximately 40 pounds.He is not comfortable without wearing a shirt and his goals are to have a flatter chest that are more even with a smaller areola. He underwent gland excision and liposuction of his chest in Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 76 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 53 grams removed from his left side. This is in addition to liposuction. His photographs are seen soon after surgery. Dr. Miguel A.
