This 37-year-old man suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, and prior to surgery was embarrassed to wear a T-shirt or take off his shirt in public. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest. Total fat extraction was 500 cc from the right side and 400cc from the left. Total glandular tissue removed was 37 grams from the right side and 42 grams from the left.
