Fremont, California: This is a 34-year-old male who presents with minimal gynecomastia and presents for gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction for gynecomastia. His chest enlargement started at about 10 years old and has remained about the same for all these years. He understands that his gynecomastia is minimal but would like to have a flatter chest with no puffy nipples. He is 5’10” and weighs 170 pounds. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction of his chest. He had 21 grams removed from his right chest and 200 cc of fat removed from his right chest. His left chest 12 grams of tissue removed and 200 cc of fat removed. His surgery was in Marin County California at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California.
