This is a 28-year-old male with adolescent gynecomastia from Fremont, California. He presents to the San Francisco office location for evaluation for gynecomastia surgery. He underwent 92 grams of tissue removal on the right side and 137 grams of tissue removed on the left side at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. His photographs are seen at four months after surgery.
