San Rafael, California: This is a 77-year-old male who presents with gynecomastia at the Novato, California office. He developed his gynecomastia later in life and presents for gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction. He has undergone endocrine work up and found to have normal hormone levels. His goal is to be able to comfortablywear a t-shirt and to overall be more comfortable with himself. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction as well a superior areola crescent lift to improve the position of his nipple. He had 10 grams of tissue removed from his right and 24 grams of tissue removed from his left side and about 250 cc of fat removed from each side. His photographs are seen six months after surgery.
