This is a 25-year-old male from Seattle, Washington, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia that was compounded by pro hormones over a 1-2 month period of time. He presents for evaluation and treatment of his gynecomastia at the San Francisco Union Square office location. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California in which he had 74 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 76 grams of tissue removed from his left side. His postoperative photographs are seen at nine months after surgery.
