Watsonville, California: This is a 33-year-old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia at the San Francisco office location. He also request evaluation of his neck for liposuction. He’s had an enlarged chest ever since his adolescent years and it has been a constant embarrassment. He has also gained weight over the years and that has made his condition even more severe and uncomfortable. He complains of some pain and tenderness in the chest location.
