This 30-year-old man is 6’1″ and 170lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, and prior to surgery never took off his shirt. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy, from which I removed a total of 1900cc of fat bilaterally, as well as 60 grams of glandular tissues from the right side of the chest and 58 grams from the left.
