Bakersfield, California: This is a 22-year-old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents to the San Francisco office for evaluation of his gynecomastia. He has been seen by an endocrinologist in the past for his gynecomastia and was placed on Tamoxifen for a 3-months. He noted slight improvement but not enough for his comfort. His goal is to have a flatter chest with less protruding nipples. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision of 13 grams of tissue removed from the right side and 12 grams on his left side. He had approximately 300 cc of fat removed from each side. His photographs are seen 3 months after surgery.
