San Jose, California – This is a very pleasant 24 year old man who presents with adolescent gynecomastia at the San Francisco office. He presents for male breast reduction evaluation. Dr Delgado’s plan is for gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy. He has had this condition since adolescence. He has had no history of steroid use and he does not take off his shirt in public. His goal is to have flat masculine chest. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. He had 28 grams of tissues excised from his right side and 45 grams removed from his left breast. He had an uneventful recovery and his photographs are seen at about six weeks after surgery.
