Patient 349
This 44-year-old man suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, and has stated that it was possibly due to steroid use as a child to treat his asthma. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I removed a total of 900cc from the right and 925cc from the left. I also removed a total of 39 grams of glandular tissue from the right and 57 grams from the left. He had a revision surgery at 11 months post-op due to a slight depression on the right lower chest area.
