Napa, California: This is a 34-year-old man who presents to the Novato office in Marin County for gynecomastia treatment. He has had his gynecomastia since approximately 11 to 12 years old. In addition he has had a weight loss from 255 lbs. to 190 lbs. He is quite embarrassed with his chest and presents for gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction. He is 5’10”, 190 pounds.
