He has had this since a very young age and it has caused him tremendous embarrassment due to the size of his areola and the size of his gynecomastia chest. He is 5’11”, 170 lbs. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision of 22 grams from the right chest and 34 grams from the left chest. In addition he had 500 cc of fat removed from his right side and 400 from his left side. His photographs are taken 4 months after surgery.
