This is a 28-year- old male from Santa Clara, California, who presents with right unilateral gynecomastia and presents for gland excision and liposuction on his right side. He underwent surgery at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center and had 28 grams of tissue removed from his right side in addition to liposuction as well. His photographs are seen approximately eight months after surgery.
