Berkeley, California: This is a 24-year-old man who presents with gynecomastia and presents for the gynecomastia light or the pull through technique for a minimally invasive gynecomastia surgery. He has had his gynecomastia since the 8th grade. He rarely takes off his shirt in public but he feels very awkward and unnatural. His goal is to have a masculine sculpted chest and to look athletic. He is 6’4″, 184 pounds. He underwent breast gland excision and liposuction through the minimal invasive pull through technique. He had 3 grams of tissue removed from his right side and about 150 cc of fat. From his left side 4.7 grams and 100 cc of fat. His photographs are seen about one month after surgery.
