This 37-year-old man is 6′ and 186lbs. He developed gynecomastia during puberty, and prior to surgery would never expose his chest in public. Before undergoing surgery, he chose to have a mammogram and ultrasound of his chest, the results of which showed no signs of glandular tissue. This absence of glandular tissue is a sign of pseudogynecomastia, a less severe subcategory of the condition. However, I rarely do liposuction alone because it is difficult to get a smooth outcome, for this reason I opened.
