Daily City, California: This is a 23-year-old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction of his chest. Of interest, he tried Gynexin and found it to be no responsive. His dad and brother have gynecomastia as well. His goal is to achieve a more masculine chest and able to take off his shirt in public. He is 6’7″ and 168 lbs. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction. He had 16 grams removed from his right side and 150 cc of fat removed by liposuction. His left side had 17 grams removed and 150 cc of fat removed. His photos are seen 3 months after surgery.
