This is a 27-year-old male from Foster City, California who presents to the San Francisco office for consultation. Even though he presents with adolescent gynecomastia, he underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center and had 350 cc of fat and aspirate removed from his right side and 400 from his left side. His photographs are seen at two months after surgery.
