This is a 34-year- old male from Santa Clara, California, who presents with steroid induced gynecomastia and presents for gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy. He had 53 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 61 grams removed from his left side in addition to liposuction of fat tissue. His photographs are seen approximately three months after surgery.
