Patient 401

This 29-year-old man is 6’4″ and 275lbs. He has never been able to expose his chest without feeling uncomfortable. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest and axillae, from which I extracted a total of 2250cc bilaterally. His goal was “to wear a T-shirt and possibly take off my shirt.”
