This 17-year-old young man is 6’2″ and 280lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia which has caused him extreme embarrassment. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest and axillae, from which I removed a total of 1200cc of fat bilaterally, as well as 109 grams of glandular tissue from the right side of the chest and 840 grams from the left. Due to significant excess skin and stretched areolae, he will require a secondary procedure to tighten up the peri-areolar area
