This is a 20-year-old male from Hayward, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 59 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 67 grams of tissue removed from his left side. His photographs are seen at two months after surgery.
