This 31-year-old man is 5’8″ and 170lbs. He developed gynecomastia during adolescence, from which he suffered a severe amount of embarrassment. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I removed a total of 450cc from the right and 375cc from the left. His goal was to have a “more masculine chest.”
