Patient 393
This 43-year-old man is 5′ and 200lbs. He had his first gynecomastia surgery in 1987 with a surgeon in England, from which he developed a postoperative hematoma. He sought my help hoping to undergo a secondary procedure to achieve a better result. We proceeded with the procedure, consisting of glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy, from which I extracted 37 grams of glandular tissue from the right and 17 grams from the left. His goal was to “remove feminine features from my body, so I can enjoy my life.
