This is a 27-year-old male from Redwood City, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia. He underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 16 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 26 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. His goal was to have his “gyno gone, so I don’t have to worry about it anymore.” He did undergo a series of pro hormones during the past four or five years but felt that it did not impact his gynecomastia since he had it previously. His photographs are seen six months after surgery.
