This 33-year-old man is 5’11” and 214lbs. He developed gynecomastia during adolescence and would never remove his shirt in public. Prior to seeking my assistance, he had gynecomastia surgery with another physician, but was dissatisfied with the results. I performed a secondary procedure for him, consisting of glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the axillae.
