This is a 34-year-old male from Pleasanton, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for male breast reduction surgery. He underwent gland excision and liposuction from his chest and had 1.8 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 2.6 grams of tissue removed from his left. His photographs are seen at four months after surgery.
