This is a 47-year-old male from Oakland, California, who presents for gynecomastia corrective surgery. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 47 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 42 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. He underwent a secondary revision of the nipple reduction and scar revision. His photographs are seen approximately one year after surgery.
