Patient 100

This patient is a 25-year-old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia with asymmetry of his chest and a large volume of fat in the left armpit area. He underwent male breast reduction surgery with gland excision and liposuction with axillary liposuction. The patient is turned side to side with the arm extended for thorough fat removal. His photos are seen approximately four months after surgery.
