Santa Rosa, California: This is a 25-year-old male who had undergone gynecomastia reduction surgery under local anesthesia at Kaiser Permanente. During his surgery he developed a hematoma on his left side. Since then it has healed extremely well but he is unhappy with the outcome and scarring. He presents to the Marin County office for revision gynecomastia surgery.
