This 24-year-old man suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, which has caused him extreme embarrassment over the years. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest and axillae. He opted to have axillary liposuction to extract the fat along the bottom portion of the axillae and produce a more even result.
