Pleasanton, California: This is a 31-year-old man who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction of his chest and his armpit. He has a great deal of embarrassment with his gynecomastia breast. His goal is to have a flat chest and to be able to wear tank tops. He is 6’5″, 300 pounds. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction of his chest as well as liposuction of the armpits. He had 111 grams removed from his right chest and 700 cc of fat removed. He had 83 grams of gynecomastia breast gland removed from his left chest and 700 cc of fat removed. We removed 1150 cc of fat from his right armpit and 1500 cc removed from his left.
