This is a 34-year-old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for gynecomastia treatment with gland excision and liposuction of his chest. His primary goal is to get rid of the embarrassment that he’s had for many years due to his chest enlargement. He would like to be able to take off his shirt in public and wants to enjoy more outdoor activity. He is 5’8″, 160 pounds. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction. From his right side he had 43 grams of gynecomastia breast tissue removed in addition to 425 cc of fat removed. His left side 28 grams of gynecomastia breast gland excised and 450 cc of fat removed.
